Benson Lodochi Konyen,

President, Board of

President, Board of Trustees, WAPID – South Sudan.


Benson Lodochi is the founding and current President of WAPID – South Sudan. He is responsible for leading the board and facilitating board meetings. He formulates and oversees the implementation of the Organization’s policies. He plays the role of monitoring the work of the Organization.
Benson Lodochi works as Expended Programme on Immunization (EPI) and Surveillance Officer in Budi County Eastern Equatoria State, Under WHO funded projects. He holds Bachelor Science in Public Health from Texila American University. He holds Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Public Health obtained in South Sudan. Benson has over five years of experience in Community-based Integrated Health Care Service Provisions. He is an expert in Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Counselors and other neglected tropical diseases.

DIRECTOR, WAPID – SOUTH SUDAN

 

Director, WAPID – South Sudan.
Loparimoi Peter Mourice is responsible for policy implementation and manages the organization on behalf of the Board of Trustees. He handles official communications and records meeting minutes.

Loparimoi Holds Master of Public Policy and Administration from Kenyatta University in Kenya (2023). He graduated from Makerere University with Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with Political Science and Public Administration as a major, and minors in Social Administration. He holds a Diploma in Managing People and Projects in Emergencies from Africa Training Institute, Kenya. He is a certified Program Management Specialist from World Academy for Research and Development from the Institute of Professional Certification. He is an Advocate for Climate Justice and Gender Justice and Equality in Budi County.
He has over 9 years of projects management. He successfully managed projects and programs funded by Act Church of Sweden (ACoS) while working for CDSS. His works in peace building and social cohesion under CDSS led to improved Security and safety, Trading and movement of people to and from Lotome, Bira and Chorokol.
He is a member to International Reference Group (IRG), an Advisory Body to International Council (Board of Directors) for Act Church of Sweden.
